Cold Heading Quality
Cold Heading Quality wire and rod is commonly used in the manufacturing of rivets, bolts, or screws. Rod can be drawn to finish size, enabling the customer to make the final draw through a die prior to forming. This type of material requires special properties, since it will be severely deformed in making the finhsed product.

Staple Wire
Staple wire is flattened and between 50 and 100 individual wires are glued together to form Staple Band. The Band is then cut to length and formed into various types of fasteners and staples. For those who do not wish to flatten and glue the wires, we also offer pre-made staple band. Often used in the upholstery and furniture industries, this wrie can be used to make staples, nails or brads.

Staple Band
Staple Band is used to manufacturer various staples and Brads. Between 40 and 167 wires are flattened, then glued together to form the band. The band is then cut to desired length to make the finished product. The amount of wires depends on the diameter selected, as well as thickness of the staple.

Annealed for Redraw
Intermediate redraw sizes of Low Carbon are avialable for customers who have drawing equipment to make finished sizes as small as .008. A good surface and steel free from inclusions and defects are necessary to enable drawing.
